    Analysis of the domestic industrial enterprises logistics links and main directions of their revitalization

    The content of the article reflects the importance of logistics development in the context of modern challenges for Ukrainian enterprises, in particular, in the conditions of geopolitical tensions and military operations. The authors consider the problem of availability and reliability of logistics routes for the import of raw materials, in particular bentonite clay, and single out the strategy of local extraction as a more sustainable option in such conditions. The article analyzes the difficulties associated with the importation of bentonite clay from distant countries due to restrictions in sea traffic through the Black Sea ports. The authors substantiate that local mining on the territory of Ukraine is a more reliable option in conditions of geopolitical uncertainty. It has been established that these factors lead to significant delays in deliveries and increased logistics costs, which can seriously affect the economic efficiency of pellet production. The article examines the aspects of revitalization of logistics chains aimed at providing Ukrainian producers of iron ore pellets with bentonite clay. This analysis includes economic efficiency, assessment of difficulties and risks associated with the blockade of Black Sea ports, research on alternative logistics routes and their reliability, stability of supply, continuity of production and contribution to the national economy. The strategy of local extraction of bentonite clays on the territory of Ukraine gives opportunity to Ukrainian enterprises to minimize the risks associated with logistics, ensuring the continuity of production and supporting the national metallurgical industry in the conditions of a changing geopolitical situation. A comprehensive analysis of the above-mentioned factors was carried out, which makes it possible to make a choice in favor of local extraction of bentonite clays. This choice provides Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises with optimal production conditions in the face of modern challenges and restrictions. Зміст статті відображає важливість розвитку логістики в контексті сучасних викликів для українських підприємств, зокрема, в умовах геополітичних напружень та військових дій. Автори розглядають проблему доступності та надійності логістичних маршрутів для імпорту сировинних матеріалів, зокрема бентонітових глин, та виокремлюють стратегію локального видобутку як більш стійкий варіант у таких умовах. У статті проведено аналіз труднощів, пов'язаних із завозом бентонітових глин із далеких країн через обмеження в морському русі через чорноморські порти. Автори обґрунтовують, що локальний видобуток на території України є більш надійним варіантом в умовах геополітичної невизначеності. Встановлено, що ці чинники призводять до значних затримок у поставках та підвищення логістичних витрат, що може серйозно вплинути на економічну ефективність виробництва окатишів. У статті розглянуто аспекти ревіталізації логістичних ланцюжків, спрямованих на забезпечення українських виробників залізорудних окатишів бентонітовими глинами. Цей аналіз включає економічну ефективність, оцінку труднощів та ризиків, пов'язаних з блокадою чорноморських портів, дослідження альтернативних логістичних маршрутів та їх надійності, стійкість поставок, безперервність виробництва та внесок у національну економіку. Стратегія локального видобутку бентонітових глин на території України дозволяє українським підприємствам мінімізувати ризики, пов'язані з логістикою, забезпечуючи безперервність виробництва та підтримуючи національну металургійну галузь в умовах мінливої геополітичної ситуації. Проведено комплексний аналіз вищезазначених факторів, що дозволяє зробити вибір на користь локального видобутку бентонітових глин. Цей вибір забезпечує українські підприємства металургійної галузі оптимальними умовами виробництва в умовах сучасних викликів та обмежень.

    Peculiarities of management of the main areas of strategic partnership of industrial enterprises in modern realities

    The article examines the main areas of activity of industrial enterprises and the possibilities of their cooperation and association with higher educational institutions and the state in the case when they have common interests and development strategies. The role of strategic partnership as a result of these partnership relations is determined. The need for the development of domestic enterprises through the development of the economy of sustainable development in Ukraine is determined due to several prerequisites, among which, thanks to strategic partnership, the need for balanced development of the regions of Ukraine, the elimination of disparities in the standard of living and economic potential between them is satisfied. The necessity of ensuring sustainable development in the conditions of global environmental challenges and limited resources in order to take into account the needs of future generations is substantiated. The main aspects of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises on the market have been studied, as consumers are becoming more aware and prefer products and services that meet the principles of sustainable development. The advantages of the development of enterprises through the establishment of strategic partnerships with higher educational institutions and the state, the main of which are access to the latest technologies and scientific achievements, have been established: as a way to improve their products and production processes; professional development of employees through various education and training programs; support from the state, its stimulation for the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies and practices. Organizational measures in the field of strategic partnership to improve the activities of enterprises are recommended, such as the creation by the state of a favorable environment for business, development of the regulatory and infrastructural base, creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurship; activation of investments in higher education and scientific research in order to create an innovative environment and increase competitiveness; expansion and support of small and medium-sized enterprises by state programs to support small and medium-sized enterprises to ensure a more even distribution of financial resources between regions. У статті досліджено основні напрями діяльності промислових підприємств та можливості їх кооперації та об’єднання з вищими навчальними закладами та державою у випадку, коли вони мають спільні інтереси та стратегії розвитку. Визначено роль стратегічного партнерства як результату цих партнерських відносин. Визначено необхідність розвитку вітчизняних підприємств шляхом розбудови економіки сталого розвитку в Україні завдяки кільком передумовам, серед яких завдяки стратегічному партнерству задовольняється потреба у збалансованому розвитку регіонів України, ліквідація диспропорцій у рівні життя та економічному потенціалі між ними. Обґрунтовано необхідність забезпечення сталого розвитку в умовах глобальних екологічних викликів і ресурсної обмеженості задля врахування потреб майбутніх поколінь. Вивчено основні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств на ринку, оскільки споживачі стають все більш усвідомленими і віддають перевагу продукції та послугам, які відповідають принципам сталого розвитку. Встановлено переваги від розвитку підприємств шляхом установлення стратегічних партнерств з вищими навчальними закладами і державою, головними з яких є доступ до новітніх технологій та наукових досягнень: як спосіб покращення їхньої продукції та процесів виробництва; підвищення кваліфікації працівників через різноманітні програми навчання та підготовки; підтримка з боку держави, її стимулювання для впровадження екологічно чистих технологій та практик. Рекомендовано організаційні заходи у сфері стратегічного партнерства для вдосконалення діяльності підприємств, такі як створення державою сприятливого середовища для бізнесу, розвиток регуляторної та інфраструктурної бази, створення сприятливих умов для підприємництва; активізація інвестицій у вищу освіту та наукові дослідження задля створення інноваційного середовища та підвищення конкурентоспроможності; розширення та підтримка малих та середніх підприємств державними програмами підтримки малих та середніх підприємств для забезпечення більш рівномірного розподілу фінансових ресурсів між регіонами.
