Abstract
The article examines the main areas of activity of industrial enterprises and the possibilities of their cooperation and association with higher educational institutions and the state in the case when they have common interests and development strategies. The role of strategic partnership as a result of these partnership relations is determined. The need for the development of domestic enterprises through the development of the economy of sustainable development in Ukraine is determined due to several prerequisites, among which, thanks to strategic partnership, the need for balanced development of the regions of Ukraine, the elimination of disparities in the standard of living and economic potential between them is satisfied. The necessity of ensuring sustainable development in the conditions of global environmental challenges and limited resources in order to take into account the needs of future generations is substantiated. The main aspects of increasing the competitiveness of domestic enterprises on the market have been studied, as consumers are becoming more aware and prefer products and services that meet the principles of sustainable development. The advantages of the development of enterprises through the establishment of strategic partnerships with higher educational institutions and the state, the main of which are access to the latest technologies and scientific achievements, have been established: as a way to improve their products and production processes; professional development of employees through various education and training programs; support from the state, its stimulation for the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies and practices. Organizational measures in the field of strategic partnership to improve the activities of enterprises are recommended, such as the creation by the state of a favorable environment for business, development of the regulatory and infrastructural base, creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurship; activation of investments in higher education and scientific research in order to create an innovative environment and increase competitiveness; expansion and support of small and medium-sized enterprises by state programs to support small and medium-sized enterprises to ensure a more even distribution of financial resources between regions.
У статті досліджено основні напрями діяльності промислових підприємств та можливості їх кооперації та об’єднання з вищими навчальними закладами та державою у випадку, коли вони мають спільні інтереси та стратегії розвитку. Визначено роль стратегічного партнерства як результату цих партнерських відносин. Визначено необхідність розвитку вітчизняних підприємств шляхом розбудови економіки сталого розвитку в Україні завдяки кільком передумовам, серед яких завдяки стратегічному партнерству задовольняється потреба у збалансованому розвитку регіонів України, ліквідація диспропорцій у рівні життя та економічному потенціалі між ними. Обґрунтовано необхідність забезпечення сталого розвитку в умовах глобальних екологічних викликів і ресурсної обмеженості задля врахування потреб майбутніх поколінь. Вивчено основні аспекти підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняних підприємств на ринку, оскільки споживачі стають все більш усвідомленими і віддають перевагу продукції та послугам, які відповідають принципам сталого розвитку. Встановлено переваги від розвитку підприємств шляхом установлення стратегічних партнерств з вищими навчальними закладами і державою, головними з яких є доступ до новітніх технологій та наукових досягнень: як спосіб покращення їхньої продукції та процесів виробництва; підвищення кваліфікації працівників через різноманітні програми навчання та підготовки; підтримка з боку держави, її стимулювання для впровадження екологічно чистих технологій та практик. Рекомендовано організаційні заходи у сфері стратегічного партнерства для вдосконалення діяльності підприємств, такі як створення державою сприятливого середовища для бізнесу, розвиток регуляторної та інфраструктурної бази, створення сприятливих умов для підприємництва; активізація інвестицій у вищу освіту та наукові дослідження задля створення інноваційного середовища та підвищення конкурентоспроможності; розширення та підтримка малих та середніх підприємств державними програмами підтримки малих та середніх підприємств для забезпечення більш рівномірного розподілу фінансових ресурсів між регіонами.
