    Digital Currency Market Research: The Example оf Ukraine

    The article examines the theory and mechanisms of the functioning of the digital currency (cryptocurrency) market, reviews the latest publications of international scientists and experts, analyzes the digital currency market and its impact on both global and Ukrainian economy and financial system, the formation of trends and perceptions of circulation currencies, separation and connection with the real economy, defines methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investing in cryptocurrency assets on the global financial market, as well as opportunities and risks related to the use of cryptocurrency in the digital economy. Outlines of the Ukrainian digital currency market development, overcoming problems, ways of their solving, and certain conclusions are made. The article uses informational, comparative, institutional, complex approaches, and also adheres to the principles of objectivity, specificity, and systematicity, which give opportunity for a detailed and comprehensive study of the digital currency market. In the long term, the global digital economic development of each country may depend to a large extent on how well it adapts to the digital currency market. The analysis of the global cryptocurrency market reveals that the growing need for transparency and operational efficiency of financial payment systems, growing demand for remittances in developing countries, increasing market capitalization and strengthening data security are the main factors contributing to the development of the digital currency market. It was investigated that digital currencies as a means of payment are not yet sufficiently widespread in Ukraine due to the uncertain position of state authorities. The development of digital currencies in the country is mainly related to the investment activity of representatives of the IT sector in this financial instrument. It is assumed that by increasing consumer confidence, promoting it with the help of marketing techniques and tools, strengthening the security of this entire system and clarifying its legal status, it will gradually be integrated into the overall national and global financial system.

    Global trends as a component of successful meso-level economic development strategies

    The meso-level is important in the management of the economic processes of the country, then it allows to ensure the specifics of the development of individual territories and to adapt the general strategies of state management to local conditions. The method of work is the study of world trends, as complex successful strategies of economic development at the meso level. In the course of the conducted research, the author applied a whole complex of general and special scientific methods in order to achieve the set goal. which, the methodological basis of the work is the method of generalization, the method of systematization, the method of analysis and synthesis, methods of comparative analysis, system-structural analysis. It has been established that the meso-level ensures the effective implementation of state programs at the local level and stimulates innovative development, increasing the overall productivity and vitality of the region. It is noted that the economic development of mesoeconomic systems depends on various factors, in particular: legal, social, political, which promote and limit one and ultimately lead to the establishment of a high degree of uncertainty. The legal factor in the development of mesoeconomic systems is the right of legislative state bodies to adopt normative legal acts that apply the territorial structure of the country, organizational forms of mesosystems. The social factor of the development of mesoeconomic systems reflects the process of formation and development of social strata of the region's population. The political factor of the development of the mesoeconomic system is a component for determining the influence of various subjects of the mesoeconomic system on the macroeconomic policy of the state. The main modern world trends, which play an important role in the formation of successful economic development strategies at the meso level, are considered, in particular, digitalization, circular economy, "green" investment, participation in global added value chains, consideration of migration trends and human capital, decentralization, use of new financial resources. technologies, public-private partnership. Мезорівень має важливе значення в управлінні економічними процесами країни, оскільки саме він дозволяє враховувати специфіку розвитку окремих територій та адаптувати загальні стратегії державного управління до локальних умов. Метою роботи є дослідження світових трендів, як складових успішних стратегій економічного розвитку на мезорівні. В ході проведеного дослідження для досягнення поставленої мети авторами був застосований комплекс загально- та спеціально-наукових методів. Зокрема, методологічну основу роботи становлять метод узагальнення, метод систематизації, метод аналізу і синтезу, методи порівняльного аналізу, системно-структурний аналіз. Встановлено, що мезорівень забезпечує ефективне впровадження державних програм на місцевому рівні та стимулює інноваційний розвиток, підвищуючи загальну продуктивність і життєздатність регіону. Зазначено, що економічний розвиток мезоекономічних систем залежить від різних чинників, зокрема: правових, соціальних, політичних, які і сприяють та обмежують один одного, та в кінцевому результаті призводять до виникнення високого ступеня невизначеності. Розглянуті основні сучасні світові тренди, які відіграють важливу роль у формуванні успішних стратегій економічного розвитку на мезорівні, зокрема, це цифровізація, циркулярна економіка, «зелене» інвестування, участь у глобальних ланцюгах доданої вартості, врахування міграційних тенденцій та людського капіталу, децентралізація, використання нових фінансових технологій, державно-приватне партнерство.
