    Інституціональні механізми регулювання логістичної діяльності підприємств

    Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні підходи до формування структури інституціонального механізму регулювання логістичної діяльності підприємств. Метою дослідження є виокремлення структурних компонент механізму регулювання логістичної діяльності підприємств, що забезпечують управління, узагальнено зміст таких структурних компонент, визначення їх ролі та завдань у комплексній системі. За елементами визначено складові організаційної структури механізму регулювання логістичної діяльності підприємств. Дослідження проведено з використанням сукупність методів: загальні методи - узагальнення, абстрагування, системно-структурний, спеціальні методи економічно - статистичного аналізу: порівняльного аналізу для оцінки динаміки зміни обсягу реалізації продукції промисловими підприємствами України. Узагальнено підходи науковців, щодо змісту поняття логістична діяльність підприємства, визначено роль і значення логістики та логістичних операцій у глобалізованому світі. На основі методів порівнянь та аналізу проведено оцінку динаміки зміни обсягу реалізації продукції промисловими підприємствами України. Структурно інституціональні механізми, що забезпечують процес управління логістичної діяльності підприємств за складовими. Визначено компоненти організаційної структури управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства, охарактеризовано їх цілі та завдання, що є основою для формування комплексної інтегрованої системи організаційного забезпечення механізму регулювання логістичної діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано, оптимальне поєднання та взаємоузгодженість структурних компонент дозволить проводити успішну управлінську політику логістичних процесів. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the structure of the institutional mechanism for regulating the logistics activities of enterprises. The purpose of the study is to identify the structural components of the regulatory mechanism that ensure the management of the logistics activities of enterprises, summarize their content, weight and tasks in a complex system. The components of the organizational structure of the mechanism for regulating the logistics activities of enterprises are determined by elements. The scientific basis for the study is the publications of international scientists and researchers on the management of the logistics activities of the enterprise, materials of scientific and practical seminars, symposiums and conferences, legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine, as well as statistical data of market entities. Based on the methods of comparison and analysis, an assessment of the dynamics of changes in the volume of sales of products by industrial enterprises of Ukraine is carried out. Structural and institutional mechanisms that ensure the process of managing the logistics activities of enterprises by components. The components of the organizational structure of the enterprise's logistics management are determined, their goals and objectives are characterized, which is the basis for the formation of a comprehensive integrated system of organizational support for the mechanism for regulating the enterprise's logistics activities. It is justified that the optimal combination and mutual coordination of structural components will allow for a successful management policy of logistics processes.
